1. The collecting of personal information

3. Fighting against fraud
To fight against fraud, QUADBIKEPARTS has put a device into the place that applies exclusion lists, which may lead to :
(I) Asking you, in order to complete the transaction, to provide certain pieces of identity following payment, in the case that an automatic alarm was triggered by information in your order.
(II) Cancellation of your order if your client account has already been used to commit fraud.
4. Recipients of collection information
QUADBIKEPARTS' policy is not to sell any information about its customers to third parties for commercial purposes. Only our company and our contracted partners for order processing have access to the information you provide us. The categories of persons who have access to your personal data in QUADBIKEPARTS are within the limits of their respective duties, the sales department, administrative services, technical services and monitoring agencies (auditor, internal quality control procedures, etc). 5. Retention time of personal information
